Modifications to the Terms may be made at Telecom Books’ sole discretion and shall take effect upon posting on the site or via email notification to registered users. Continued use of the site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are responsible for reviewing updates periodically, as Telecom Books is not liable for failures to inform users of changes. Notwithstanding any modifications, Telecom Books reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the site for any reason, including policy violations, without prior notice.
- Effective Date: All changes are effective upon posting, with prior versions remaining accessible for 30 days for reference.
- Non-Retroactive Changes: Modifications do not apply to disputes or actions occurring before the effective date of the change.
